Constructed in FRP with hand painted make-up and an attached wig net. Wig net helps keep wigs and hats in place and from slipping off the mannequin. Comes on a turntable base (lazy Susan) which can rotate 360 degrees so customers can view all sides of the wig or hat without scratching your counter top surface. Turntable base can also be removed if not needed. Great for displaying hats, wigs, scarves, and necklaces.
