This is a replacement fiberglass male mannequin head for MN-406 (Soft Flexible Male Body Form with Realistic Face). It can also fit on the MN-407 body (Soft Flexible Male Body Form with Egg Head). Has a threaded screw on the bottom to attach to the neck of the flex foam body. Face is hand painted.
